RAM Courier - service is EXTREMELY BAD

I took a Rain 5G and my delivery was due on Tuesday. I phoned RAM to arrange for 15h00pm delivery and it was confirmed by Blessings. 16h00pm , i phoned to find out where was the driver because i am still waiting. Only to find out the driver was in my area around 13h00pm. Marina phoned me on the 16th March to arrange a special arrangement for my parcel to be delivered at my work place. Today is the 17th March, nothing is done on the system. The service is pathetic and i will never recommend anyone to use RAM. I spoke to 4 consultants and i have to explain myself over and over again about the same thing. I am GATVOL.
