RAM courier service and Vodacom

I ordered a router from vodacom which was supposed to arrive on the 16th of August. I had been tracking it all along and then all of a sudden an "unsuccessful delivery attempt" update was put up. However, no attempt was made to contact me as I was home the whole day. They cited incorrect address which is understandable I stay in a flat, all the driver had to do was ask me what's my unit number. Okay no matter, I made contact with their customer care and they took down my unit number and assured me that my package will be delivered to me by the end of the week as they have to communicate with vodacom first to confirm the address. I then proceeded to contact vodacom and change the address on their end. They said they will contact RAM and make the change. To ensure that this happens, I personally took it upon myself to walk to vodacom and inform the consultant to helped me with the issue of the addressed. She scoffed at how ridiculous their incompetence is and sent out and email and called to fix the matter. This morning I wake up to track my page to find that it is back in Pretoria. Disappointed is an understatement. Noone has even tried to call me. This is the worst courier service I have ever encountered. It paints a negative image of vodacom.
