Ram courier problems

Ram were at my house for a delivery while I was at work, I told them to wait 10 minutes, because my work is not far. While I was on my way, they told my wife that they are going to leave and that they will call me, they just left and did not call me. Immediately on the online tracker, the said, "No Delivery", 5 minutes after they spoke to me. I tried calling customer service, but no one is answering.
