Ram Courier Poor and Unprofessional service’s
Ram Courier Services is the worst . I ordered a 4g unlimited wifi sim with rain and was due to be dispatched and delivered to me by Ram. Ram driver was so unprofessional and rude over the phone , demanded that I meet him halfway not where he was supposed to deliver my parcel. He ended up refusing to drop of my parcel and claimed that I have cancelled my order. Totally disgusted by lack of Ethics at Ram. I will consult my lawyers if my order is not delivered by Saturday midday.

02 Oct 2020, 10:48Unfortunately the consultant I’ve spoken with promised that he will send a message to a branch so that my parcel can be delivered, no sms has been recieved and when I called them back , I was told it wasn’t logged in. Your services are beyond pathetic

Your rude staff is telling me that they are not delivering to my area tomorrow and I’m going back to Jhb early Monday morning! Such a pathetic service I’m so disgusted

I blame these companies for still making business with such unreliable people at Ram . Surely you don’t care about “customer service” . I am so disgusted and will make it a point that with my next online payment I verify who the courier is prior to purchasing. All you reviews states the same problems and it doesn’t look like you are taking it seriously.

I am so disgruntled by this whole unprofessionalism and will have to finally contact my legal advisor regarding this matter. I have been very patient with Ram and their despicable services .
