RAM courier no show

HI, i got an sms from the courier company saying my parcel will be delivered. on the day of the delivery nobody was at home unfortunately. The courier guy phoned me and i asked him to leave the parcel with my neigbour. He just switch the phone of and i did not hear from him again. On my arrival at home i phoned RAM costumer service and asked where my parcel was. they explained that this parcel from RAIN can not be left with a 3rd party and that they will reschedule my delivery for the very next day.(Thursday) On Thursday I stayed home the whole day waiting on the courier. i phone RAM twice asking where the courier is. every time they said they will phone me back.(i am still waiting on that phonecall). at the end of the day i phoned again and costumer service said they will "reschedule" my delivery again. Again their was someone at home the whole day, but again no delivery. Again i phone and again they said they will get someone to call me asap. i am still waiting. I left for a week long business trip and now i have to pay extra because RAM did not deliver my parcel. On the RAM website it says the delivery guy tried to phone me but i never got a call apart from the first one on the wednesday. He must be lying as i never got a misscall or a voice message or a call. As we speak i do not know when i will receive my parcel as their communication is very poor.
