Ram courier no customer service and no common sense
Worst company to work with. I pre organized a time with Ram on Thursday for a delivery that would take place in friday. Took a half day off work to be at home for set time. Only to phone them to find out there was a non delivery. Reorganised for Monday and same story. Every call took 20 min of waiting and last call I was put on hold only for Ram to then hang up on me. Customer service is pathetic as all agent just repeat the question "is there someone at home, that can sign". NO THATS WHY I ARANGED A TIME!!!!!!! Do not understamd how a business can still give such pathetic service and exist.
