Ram Courier Nelspruit is horrible!!

I have received a horrible experience from Ram Nelspruit. No one seems to take accountability and when you ask to speak to the manager they don’t allow you to. I have since been waiting for my parcel from Thursday the 06 June, it’s different excuses everyday. Their incompetence is on another level especially the guys who delivers to Burgersfort. Mind you this is not my first horrible experience with them. They just dump peoples parcels at the security without letting you know and you will only find out about your parcel from the security or when you fall up to track your parcel.
