Ram courier is useless

I ordered through bash on the 9th of June 2024.i got an an email from Ram courier that my order will be received before 5pm on the 13 June 2024. It was unsuccessfully delivered with no valid reason. They then scheduled it to be delivered the next day before 5pm. Around 15:00 next day I received a call from Ram courier, he told me he is around home my home town I then gave him direction through phone mind you he still have them on the delivery list but still 5pm passed without receiving it. The courier told me how he doesn't know the residential address,he then said he will call me back as he is busy with other deliveries. He never called. I call Ram head office still with no luck they are just helpless. As I am writing it is Friday the 14th June have to wait for Tuesday 18 to receive it that's if I am going to receive it.
