RAM COURIER IS THE WORST!!

Ram hand to hand courier is the worst courier in south africa. I got an sms saying my package was out for delivery 3 days ago, nobody came to my residence that day. Nobody contacted me that they were at my premises. When I checked the status of my parcel at the end of the day, the driver had put that I was unavailable and that my home was under renovations which was a blatant lie. Nobody contacted me and my house is not under renovations. I called in that same day enquiring on this update that the driver had put and I was promised that my order will be shipped the next day. So the next morning I contacted the customer care center to follow up, they confirmed they have made arrangements and my order will be shipped today. I have waited the entire day and no driver arrived. I checked the status of my order and it said unsuccessful delivery. Today is the 5th, they have promised me once again that my order will be delivered today. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional as its wastes alot of my time and patience. After this I would never want to deal with this company ever again because they are very ***********.
