RAM courier is the worst

RAM is the worst courier service to exist in south africa especially the Rustenburg Hub. My package was out for delivery 3 days ago i never received my package i have been phoning and phoning them for answers and every time promising me that it will come and the package then goes back to rustenburg my business is at a standstill because of me waiting for this order i feel that everybody should stop using RAm courier service they are useless it is now 16:00 in the afternoon on day 3 and still my packaged has not been delivered
