Ram Courier is indeed the ****piest Courier service ever

I've been waiting for a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered on Monday. When I track it online it says "Unsuccessful due to road closure" which is a lie considering that there are at least 4 roads that they can use to enter my area and there have been no road closures recently.
