Ram Courier Incident
Good Day. My Name is Lucas Rossouw and i have a complaint.
One off Ram Courier drivers bump me while i was sitting on the sidewalk at Kroonstad Checkers Mall. Vehicle reg nr JL 82 PT GP. Date was 28/07/2021 Time 17:30.
When i confronted the driver he got out off the vehicle and started swearing at me and threatening me. He almost hit my 2 year old grandson who was sitting in his pram aswell. All this happend infront off my family and public.
The driver told me his name is Itumileng and was very aggressive.
Is this the kind of emplyees Ram is hiring?
What can i do regarding this matter.

Please note that it is highly unacceptable for the behaviour of the driver and the incident that has occurred.
This has now been escalated the hub manager to resolve. They should be in contact with you at the soonest possible time.
