RAM Courier failing again

Never fails to amaze me at how poor the service is, always reaching exceptional new lows Order was meant to arrive before 5pm No communications from ram or driver to inform me package wont arrive or won't arrive on time. Called the call centre , waited on the line for 15min + when i am caller number 1. The line drops Whatsapp service is a disaster , they dont call back and chat with an Agent drops. How we do get notifications or communicate with them?? Today the package is out for delivery ,by the looks of it, it wont arrive on time again, so how on earth do I get my package ??? Its needed before the weekend. And I refuse to be left stranded and scurrying around due to idiocy and incompetence of a drive at ram.

I really dont know why any organization would use them
