They don't do what they are supposed to do which is simple to deliver cellphones for Vodacom. They quickly update the status on the tracking tool with lies. They even say that they phoned you and your phone was not answered. Funny enough Vodacom reads information on the tracking tool and argue that as the truth. Ram doesn't give a sh.... because the contract is in place. It's been a week and I am still waiting for the upgrade phone. Their drivers don't even have valid drivers licences as they even fear driving through a security check point to deliver to you, they ask you to meet them before checkpoints. The whole thing is *******. Hope one day Vodacom will try and work with any reputable courier. Amen
