Ram courier drivers refusing to use certain ways for proof of identity

Ram driver does not want to use copy of my ID as proof for delivery even though it is stated that you can use a copy for certain deliveries this is from google "Yes, RAM Couriers (RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers) can accept copies of ID for deliveries, especially for parcel collection/delivery requiring proof of identity"
