RAM courier driver lack of experience
I am so disappointed by RAM courier the driver was disrespectful and he did not deliver my parcel that I paid for, because on my proof of residence document it's reflecting my ****en surname my marriage certificate was on my possession to certify everything and their office failed to resolve the issue

We will look into the matter where the parcel was cancelled without your acknowledgement and deal with the query agent for that.
The delivery will no longer be done and parcel should be dumped.
