RAM COURIER COMPANY

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today, but after a phone call from the courier company to confirm that they are in my area & will be delivering my package soon, they decided not to show up.

An hour later I phoned back where they told me there was no one at home, unfortunately, I WORK FROM HOME as well as numerous other family members meaning they never showed up & **** about it as well. I phoned head office before 5pm of there closing time & no one bothered to pick up
