Ram Courier are the worst courier service you can think of using. And their customer care service call centre people are the worst, so unprofessional and useless. I am livid, your customer service is horrible, I spoke to Lebogang this morning asking her about my order and she sounded so uninterested in the call hence I asked for name at the end of our call. I called again sama day at 13:21 to follow up on the order and she disputes me speaking to her in morning and says she know how she advises clients and when I ask to speak to someone that's willing to assist me she hangs up. I am disgusted with your service and if it were up to me I would not chose your company as a courier of choice due to the service I received.
