RAM courier absolutely appalling service
I ordered a package from Rain to be delivered to Pretoria. The RAM delivery agent who contacted me was completely withdrawn from his/her goal. The RAM delivery agent informed me that, and I quote "my delivery was not a priority"... Unquote. This then meant that I was only going to receive my Rain delivery more than 7 days from initially placing the order. How can RAM dictate to their customers (in this case Rain) which clients can enjoy customer satisfaction and which doesn't....??? RAM is costing Rain to loose business and money... Rain needs to really and URGENTLY consider changing their delivery service.
