Good Day My name is Given Nyirongo.

I have been waiting for my parcel (RAIN04-***5)to be delivered to my place since last week, its going to be a week tomorrow waiting only on a parcel.

What so irritating I got a sms and email on the 18 May 2020 that my parcel was out from Isando warehouse to my destination and till today am waiting on that delivery, no communication was made to me as a client that the delivery will not be made till today, I stayed the whole day waiting on my delivery and nothing was delivered.

How can a parcel sit in the warehouse for a week not being delivered to the client? Where is the communication between the people and the client for this transaction to be made?

This is a bad customer service and a lack of communication. Regards Given
