RAM costs me so much!!!

I submitted a request for courier services online @ 2018-03-13 06:22:47 PM. It was next day service which means the consignment should have been delivered on the 15th.

It was a tender that I spent close to a weeks worth of effort drafting. RAM delivered late on the 16th which was too late.

I have been requesting from Shahnaaz Sathobridge information on why this was delivered late but nothing. She responded once with an apology and thereafter just ignores me.

The tenders value was 3.2 million but I spend close on R140000 drafting it. I would like to know the process to submit a claim against RAM. I am beyond livid.

Been using Internet Express (a small courier company) and they never dropped me. I decided to use RAM because of the statement on the site but paid well for it.
