RAM cost me an entire days leave..Ram it up your ASS

<p><br />You guys are absoulutly pathetic and i intend escalating this through your<br />company as well as mine Media 24. Recieved an sms this morning that my phone<br />was en route . I called and was told i am the only 1 that could sign so i changed my plans to be at home .. about 10 calls last at 4:50 no managers and no<br />parcel.. Pathetc and a wasts of my day...</p>
