Ram Claims process after they are at fault

I was bumped into from behind on my way to work by one the ram drivers on ( 22/10/2022) I have opened a case and case no (249-10-2022) .I have been subjected to a very emotionally draining process where i have to get quotes which cost money and ridiculous amount of paper work . i have been submitting but after submitting i'm being sent to one process after the other , i am really exhausted now.My perception about this company has really changed , its clear they are not willing to pay out on my claim.I am being victimised for not having insurance .I have made calls after calls and been driving around doing quotes , all this is costing me money
