RAM CAN'T DELIVER

Ram Cape Town has the most ridiculous service ever. I have been waiting for my package for 2 days now. I received an email that my package is out for delivery and nothing is delivery and when you track it online they lie and say an attempt to deliver was made and the contact person was available. they contact centre is a nightmare, you hold for not less 20mins.
