Ram cannot deliver on delivery and feedback

Ram couriers was supposed to deliver a package to us from On Air TV on the 9th July as confirmed by On Air TV. We arranged for someone to put their entire day aside to wait for the delivery. Deliveryu did not happen and no phone call to advise either way as promised, Called Ram 10th July at about 8:15am and statedbthat i did not receive delivery previous day as promised. Call centre agent responded \Oh Ok". ? Checked then on system and confirmed was scheduled for delivery today 10th July and they would call. At around 16:05 called Ram to follow up"
