Ram cannot deliver on delivery and Feedback
On the 10th July, Ram did eventually respond to my query regarding no delivery. At 17:05 I received a call from Ram advising that On Air had instructed them to hold all deliveries until the 15th July. However why is it that after been told my delivery would happen on the 10th July, I had to keep following up as to when it would happen even after Ram was advised to hold all deliveries. Even now they could not advise me as to when delivery would happen.

Please can I have a tracking number so I can see if these were part of the shipments received on the 10th for delivery only after the 15th?
We did get an email from On Air to hold back on parcels however can not give you an explanation if this was one of them until I have a tracking number.
We follow our clients requests.
