RAM - Cannot deliver

Their service is the worst I have ever experienced. My parcel was ordered on the 2nd October and was due for delivery on 5 October. According to RAM the driver went out for delivery on the 3rd. But the delivery was never made. I then changed the delivery address to my Office address. They never confirmed it. And then the parcel was not sent out till today which is the 6 October. There customers service do not exit at all because they cannot give me any feedback to help and resolve my delivery that is not send out. ANY COMPANY THAT WANTS TO USE RAM FOR DELIVERIES. PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE YOU USE A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADHERE TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS
