RAM cannot be trusted

I have ordered products from huawei online store . a week passes by, i get an message from ram that my parcel is coming, it never came. when i do the follow up,RAM tells me that my goods were ****** along the way.(they don't inform me, infact i am the one who follows up as i am surprised the parcel isn't coming) second week, i still did not receive my parcel.
