RAM Call centre staff ***********

Vodacom is the leader in corporate bullying. It is a miracle that they have customers, they offer delivery service through RAM which is just as useless. RAM and Vodacom attempt to deliver at the incorrect address on three occasions. I call and update the address, both companies confirm that the details are updated. They still attempt to deliver at the incorrect address. the phone is sent back to the warehouse, the entire process needs to be repeated, the customer advisor cuts the call whilst I lodge a complaint, I go to Vodaworld and the client service advisor refuses to advise, "he advises my hands are tied. I refuse to be treated like this. Stay away from Vodacom, there is no customer service the employees are lazy and *********** from the call centre through to the Vodaworld shop. RAM is just as ***********, updating information on their system and communicating with their client is an impossible task, to which the staff at RAM are not equipped with the skills to communicate or use their systems.
