Ram blatant lies.

Blatant lies. According to RAM they were here at 7.30 last night to apparently deliver yet we were outside having dinner. No vehicle at all was around. This is an urgent delivery thus I used ram.

I suspect that the driver did not feel like coming all the way south and logged a ******* report.

I cannot get a straight answer from call center as to when I can expect parcel. I have to work from home to take delivery and this is causing great inconvenience

I will never use ram again. I expect conclusive service and updates. Utter disgusting service.
