Ram being *********** and useless

Sent a FA from PE to a well known gunshop in edenvale which they have to delivered to before went on the tracking app it was suppose to be delivered first it says the order was cancelled wrong order then it says they phoned one of the contacts listed i have contacted the receiver and sender non of them recieved a call i tried contacting ram they dont answer their phones now i have to wait till monday to sort this mess out and it also cost and arm and a leg to send a FA with them i am very unhappy and just want this to be sorted so i never have to deal with them again
