Possibly the most *********** courier company I have ever had to engage with. On Wednesday my parcel was not delivered because address provided by supplier omitted the unit number for the complex. Today (Thursday) I am told that my parcel will be delivered on Friday. I ask why not today I am told because the vans have left the depot. Completely laughable!!! Incompetence that typifies how our society functions lately - a complete disregard for the public.
