RAM / BASH failure to assist
I have been trying to follow up my parcel with RAM since 03/12. I have attempted to contact them on Whatsapp several times to which I just a receive a message that they are having technical difficulties and cannot assist me. I have also tried to contact them a few times and been waiting on the line for more than 15 minutes at a time and no one answers. When you try to log a query on their website, it does not allow you to either. Today I finally got connected to an agent on WhatsApp but the response was simply that he does not have an update and he cannot assist me further. To add to this, I tried to reach out to Bash/TFG who I made the purchase from and all their responses were equally as automated but not one person is willing to find my package. I understand that we are in silly season but to not receive any service or assistance from either companies is extreme. I cannot collect my package myself, I cannot cancel and no one is willing to provide me with an update!

The promised delivery also has no estimation or planned delivery.
I ordered from another retailer 3 days after this order and that item is out for delivery today with you guys.
So how is it that only this specific item is delayed but other items ordered later are not?

This is the response I get after this morning the tracking was updated for the first time in the last week that delivery is planned for today?!
Honestly the way you manage your business is shady and completely distasteful.
