Ram bad service with attitude call center assistant

I am suppose to receive a parcel from Ram courier at my work place because only Ram couriers can not go to Lovu township because it’s a high risk zone for them but I had never had this kind of problem with other courier companies. I asked the lady who was informing me about the situation on the 10/12/2019 to please unsure that they come to my work place before my knock off time 14:00 the following day but but the guy was delivering phoned me at 15:50 and I was gone and I asked them to come the following day 12/12/2019 but when I phoned the call center to find out if they were coming the lady told me that my parcel was not out for delivery and I asked her to please ensure that they come before 14:00, she told me that they can't do that I must wait until 17:00 because they work from 08:00-17:00 and she won’t be able to make that note...
