RAM BAD SERVICE

I have been waiting for my parcel from rain for the past 8 days now, i keep calling the call centre and they tell me its out for delivery but never arrives, on the tracking tool it says im unreachable, which is a complete lie. I am so unhappy now because i have already paid for the data package. :-(
