RAM bad service

I'm so frustrated with RAM and their bad service. My vodacom phone was supposed to be delivered by RAM. They sent an sms yesterday evening saying I should expect my delivery within the next 72 hours. My work address is the one I chose for delivery seeing that they deliver during working hours. Next thing a get a call and the delivery guy is at the office. I was not yet at work so I told him I'm on my way there and he tells me he can't wait for me so I have to call and arrange for another delivery date because he has other deliveries to make. No one called me and told me my delivery is this morning and I explained all this to him and he just told me that's not his problem that no one from their offices called me. RAM is so unprofessional. This will cause vodacom to lose clients if they are not careful. The staff is rude and very unprofessional
