RAM Bad service

My order was suppose to be delivered on th 13th Feb the guys did not deliver today is the 18th Feb i still have not received my device, when i track the deliver the guys are claiming my phone is off while they have a door to door address and before we spoke on the phone that i am at home you can come i waited the whole 2 hours, Your service is so useless.
