Ram bad customer service

Very bad customer service, today I got a call from their delivery guy that he will be delivering my oder from bash. He even told me that he is nearby I should wait for him just image waiting for nothing all of a sudden he no longer answer hus call and now my oder is written that he couldnt get hold of me. How pathetic. Its better if he didnt call me at all then I wouldnt be so mad.
