RAM bad courier company

This is I must say is the most *********** company ever. I have been waiting for my order from last Thursday. Am writing this today (Thursday) a week later I am still waiting for my parcel. What F*** frustrates me is that these driver's lie...I've been home the whole time waiting, I understand that they can't give ETA for security reason but why lie and say am not at home. I don't understand why RAIN is using this courier company, seriously this is not On.
