Absolutely horrible, the customer service, sure the driver phones once to confirm delivery address, it's given, then online it shows attempts to deliver but unsuccessful? I've been here all day waiting, theu claim they've called each time, clearly not!! Trying to engage with customer care is fruitless, to simy ask them to update a delivery address?
