RAM - AVON Delivery - BAD BAD SERVICE
My AVON order of 2 parcels arrived in EL on 01/07/2020 - after more than 2 hours on the phone and 7 days later I sill need to fight to get it delivered of my second parcel. both parcels arrived on the same day at their dispatch centre , but only one was delivered on 03/07/2020 - I' did send emails complaining about their service - up to now no response or parcel after I was promised that it will be delivered on 06/07/2020 before 14:00. now because my area only get serviced mondays and Fridays I have to wait until 10th or 13th for delivery -
I do not recommend RAM as a service proveder - i WILL also escalate this to AVON - to not use RAM for my area in future
