RAM ARE ******* *****ING FROM PEOPLE

Good Day,

I have completed an application process for my Fibre Installation with a service provider. RAM is responsible for delivering the routers for this service provider.

The courier person phoned me when he arrived at my gate to notify me that he is at my complex. Upon notification he asked for a proof of residence and an ID document. I said I only have a driver's licence since my ID got ****** before the lockdown. He refused to accept a driver's license as a proof of ID.

He refused to give me my parcel for which I pad for!!!!

This is absolutely disgusting that there are ********* *****ing ones paid goods in this country.

I had a terrible experience. I would never recommend such a disgraceful company like RAM to deliver goods. Their employees representing them are *******.
