RAM are just that, lame!!!

I have ordered a RAIN data card for my daughter's online schooling over 2 weeks ago and RAM are still to deliver it, causing me huge extra datd costs, nevermind the irritation. They claim to be a huge company and sooooooo efficient, what a joke, l will never buy online again if they are the contracted courier....
