RAM and Vodacom agents rude and call clients an idiot

Call Center Agents are rude like i am an idiot i am call about my Vodacom package to be delivered, i get told i don't listen then i just put on a three way call where the RAM and then Viacom agent both say i am idiot and i don't listen then i get asked my details to be given and then the RAM agent can here all of it this is so unprofessional
