RAM and Vodacom

I need my parcel delivered to me today. I don’t understand why Vodacom is using RAM. I have been a Vodacom customer for years and there was never a problem with delivery. Clearly someone is benefiting from using a courier service that clearly can’t make one simple delivery.

I’m not even going to write stories I just need RAM to deliver my parcel, if they decide to do it at my home then they must come after 16:00. It’s probably not obvious but I actually work so I’m not sitting at home waiting for a delivery.

Normal couriers arrange an alternative address to deliver unless I need to draw a picture to explain how delivery should work effectively and efficiently.

Someone needs to investigate why an *********** courier service is partnered with and profiting from Vodacom.
