RAM and TFG horrible service!!!
I was expecting a delivery on 10.8.2021 for my online order. No communication made to me except the sms in the morning that my parcel was out for delivery. I had to call their call centre only to be told that my parcel was misrouted and had to be returned to the warehouse for REDELIVERY on 11. 8.2021. Today I'm receiving no communication whatsoever I'm really angry ?

11 Aug 2021, 09:35I just tried to call your call centre and the by the name of Luke/Luka **** and said he can't hear and dropped my call??? seems like every sector of your business is useless!!! Still no update regarding my parcel

11 Aug 2021, 17:16Still haven't received my order and it's after 17h00 now. I've called your call centre numerous times being told the driver is on the way. Last time I was told he is running late! YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST??????
