Ram and Netflorist should go out of business

This company is the biggest joke. Never in my life did I think that I would have to spend an hour on hold, just for them to lie to me and say that my parcel will be delivered at 17:30. Guess what! The parcel wasn't delivered until the next day. And the unfortunate thing is, is that I didn't even hire them Netflorist did. What a sad joke. Now I have to stand and explain why someone's birthday gift never arrived on time. I hate *********** companies, that have no regard for customer service.
