Ram and FNB. Logged wrong address after entering on FNB & Digital planet?

So I ordered something through FNB. Where I entered the correct address for delivery and entered the same address on digital planet. Got an sms to confirm the delivery and guess what? The address is wrong. Decided to email them and did not get any response, so I decided to call them and spoke to someone and was told they will update the info.

Five min later get a call from the driver asking if I am at this wrong address...... how do you as a courier company get addresses wrong? Would not recommend to ever use them and I don't know why FNB use them. If I don't get delivery very soon as I escalated this very early this morning they can return the parcel to FNB and cancel the order.
