Ram agents and drivers are awful

I bought a rain simcard and unfortunately they use Ram services for delivery. I keep getting messages and emails from Ram regarding delivery, from as early as 7am, the first day the driver did not even bother calling me never mind even delivering the sim card. I have been on the phone with 4 different agents with no positive feedback, if they are not hanging up, I'm being told to wait for 15 minutes...which has now become an hour and 30 minutes...one agent put me through to the driver and a rude guy is answering me in a very unpolite way. No one should use ram services if people are doing their own errands on our time 2 days of unsuccessful delivery with the rudest of people.
