RAM Accident Accountability

Quite a while ago one of Ram's drivers caused an accident, and my vehicle had to go to the panelbeaters for repairs. In this past time my vehicle has already been repaired by my insurance and I had to pay a R1500 excess fee. I have been communicating with RAM in regards to taking liability for the accident and to pay the excess amount of R1500, but unfortunately does not want to take any accountability for this accident that has been caused by one of their drivers. I am very disappointed with their lack of communication and taking response for this Accident.
